Refund Policy for Raffolo

1. Introduction
At LuckyRaffle, we are committed to offering a transparent and fair service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for raffle ticket purchases.
2. No Refunds on Completed Entries
Once a ticket has been purchased and payment is confirmed, your entry into the raffle is final and non-refundable.
This includes cases where you change your mind or enter the raffle by mistake.
3. Raffle Cancellation
If a raffle is cancelled by Raffolo for any reason (e.g., technical failure, insufficient ticket sales without a guaranteed draw), we will issue a full refund to all participants.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
4. Duplicate Payments or Errors
If you are charged more than once for the same entry or believe an error has occurred in your payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
5. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues preventing you from completing a raffle entry, and payment has been taken without confirmation of your ticket, please contact us. We will either issue a ticket or process a refund.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at service.raffolo@outlook.com with the following:
- Your full name
- The email used to purchase the ticket
- The raffle name or reference number
- A description of the issue
Refunds will only be considered within 14 days of purchase.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Tickets purchased for raffles that are still live and awaiting full ticket sales.
- Lost or forgotten raffle entries (once confirmed).
